Responsibilities

- Lead high-level research and development initiatives in emerging technologies, including generative AI, quantum computing, and edge computing.
- Architect robust, scalable, and secure systems capable of supporting exponential growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to translate complex business requirements into technical blueprints.
- Establish best practices for code quality, system reliability, and developer productivity across the organization.
- Mentor senior engineering teams and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Identify potential risks in technical strategy and propose mitigation plans well in advance.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, system architecture, or technical leadership roles.
- Proven track record of leading technical strategy and roadmapping for enterprise-scale products.
- Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and distributed systems.
- Strong background in AI/ML architecture and integration strategies.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (Master’s preferred).
- Certifications such as AWS Solutions Architect or TOGAF are highly valued.
