Job Description
Join Nexus Future Tech as an AI Agentic Architect and define the infrastructure of autonomous intelligence for the year 2026 and beyond. We are looking for a visionary engineer to lead the development of next-generation AI agents capable of complex reasoning, multi-modal interaction, and self-optimizing workflows.
In this role, you will bridge the gap between cutting-edge Large Language Models (LLMs) and robust production systems. You will design architectures that move beyond simple chatbots into fully autonomous agents capable of executing sophisticated tasks in dynamic environments.
Responsibilities
- Architect Agentic Workflows: Design and implement scalable, autonomous AI agent architectures using frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, and custom Python solutions.
- Optimize LLM Inference: Engineer high-performance systems for prompt engineering, context window management, and model fine-tuning to ensure minimal latency and maximum accuracy.
- Build RAG Pipelines: Construct robust Retrieval-Augmented Generation systems to ground AI agents in real-time, proprietary data sources.
- Multi-Modal Integration: Integrate vision, audio, and sensor data processing to create agents that perceive and interact with the physical world.
- System Design & MLOps: Implement CI/CD pipelines for ML models, ensuring version control, reproducibility, and monitoring of agent behaviors.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish guardrails and safety protocols to prevent hallucinations and ensure alignment with human values.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of software engineering experience with at least 2 years specifically in Machine Learning, AI, or Data Science.
- Programming: Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow, with deep experience in asynchronous programming (asyncio).
- Frameworks: Strong command of modern AI frameworks including LangChain, AutoGPT, or similar agentic frameworks.
- Databases: Experience designing and querying Vector Databases (Pinecone, Milvus, Weaviate) and relational databases (PostgreSQL).
- System Design: Proven ability to design distributed systems that handle high concurrency and large-scale data processing.
- Communication: Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear strategies for cross-functional teams.
