Responsibilities
- Model Architecture & Training: Design and implement scalable training pipelines for Large Language Models (LLMs) and multimodal systems.
- Inference Optimization: Engineer high-performance inference systems using techniques like quantization, pruning, and tensor parallelism.
- RAG & Agents: Develop advanced Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures and autonomous AI agents to solve complex business problems.
- Evaluation Frameworks: Establish rigorous evaluation metrics and benchmarks to ensure model safety, fairness, and accuracy.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers and researchers to translate technical capabilities into user-centric AI features.
Qualifications
- Education: MS or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent industry experience).
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning or Deep Learning.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow. Deep understanding of Transformer architectures.
- LLM Expertise: Hands-on experience with fine-tuning open-source models (Llama 3, Mistral, etc.) and deploying via APIs.
- Infrastructure: Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills and a passion for solving ambiguous problems.
