Key Responsibilities:
Responsibilities
- Design, train, and deploy state-of-the-art Generative AI models (LLMs) tailored for enterprise use cases.
- Optimize model inference and fine-tuning pipelines to ensure high performance and low latency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into core product features.
- Establish best practices for data governance, model evaluation, and ethical AI implementation.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the technical roadmap for future AI development.
- Research and prototype emerging technologies to stay ahead of industry trends.
Qualifications:
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or NLP engineering.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), Transformers, and RAG architectures.
- Experience with MLOps tools, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Strong background in statistical analysis and algorithm design.
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
