Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year technology roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and decentralized systems
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with emerging tech startups and research institutions
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with 2026 market impact
- Develop KPI frameworks for measuring innovation maturity and ROI
- Present technology forecasts to executive stakeholders and investors
- Manage $2M+ innovation budget for pilot programs and R&D initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership within Fortune 500 or high-growth tech
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies: generative AI, quantum computing, or Web3
- Proven track record of launching at least two industry-disrupting products
- MBA or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Innovation Management
- Strong network within Silicon Valley tech ecosystem and venture capital community
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Technology Foresight (e.g., from APF or Foresight Professionals)
- Experience scaling global teams across 3+ time zones
