Responsibilities
- Lead the research and development of next-generation AI architectures for Project 2026.
- Design and implement large-scale machine learning models, including LLMs and diffusion models.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to deploy research models into high-performance production environments.
- Conduct rigorous experimentation to optimize model accuracy, efficiency, and robustness.
- Stay abreast of the latest academic literature and industry trends to drive innovation.
- Write clear, concise technical documentation and patents for proprietary algorithms.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of experience in machine learning research and production deployment.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and C++.
- Deep understanding of deep learning frameworks, transformers, and reinforcement learning.
- Proven experience in MLOps, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), and distributed computing.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a track record of publishing in top-tier conferences.
