Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026 business landscapes
- Architect sustainability frameworks aligned with UN SDGs and net-zero 2050 targets
- Develop scenario-planning models for climate adaptation, circular economy transitions, and AI governance
- Partner with R&D teams to integrate future-proofing into product lifecycles
- Deliver executive briefings on emerging risks and opportunities in climate tech and digital transformation
- Establish stakeholder engagement protocols for cross-industry sustainability coalitions
- Author thought leadership on future-proofing strategies for Fortune 500 clients
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Sustainability Science, Environmental Policy, or related field
- Minimum 8 years in sustainability strategy, corporate foresight, or climate tech innovation
- Expertise in scenario planning, systems thinking, and trend analysis methodologies
- Proven track record developing ESG roadmaps for multinational corporations
- Certification in Sustainable Supply Chain Management or Climate Risk Assessment preferred
- Deep understanding of AI ethics, regenerative design, and circular economy principles
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence and board-level experience
