Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term technical roadmap for the 2026 vision, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Lead high-level research and development (R&D) initiatives into emerging technologies such as Generative AI, AR/VR, and Edge Computing.
- Architect scalable, resilient systems capable of handling next-gen data loads and complexity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional leadership to translate abstract future concepts into actionable engineering strategies.
- Establish technical governance and standards to ensure future-proof scalability and security.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with rapid technological evolution.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, systems engineering, or a related technical field.
- Proven track record of leading complex, large-scale technical projects.
- Deep expertise in AI/ML, Cloud Architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), and emerging tech stacks.
- Strong strategic thinking and ability to anticipate industry trends 2-5 years out.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical visions to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
