Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating next-gen solutions (AI, blockchain, IoT)
- Conduct competitive analysis and emerging technology assessments to identify disruptive opportunities
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Establish KPIs for innovation initiatives and track ROI on R&D investments
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate future technologies into core offerings
- Mentor junior engineers on emerging tech best practices
Qualifications
- 8+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in scaling AI/ML solutions or quantum computing projects
- Expertise in emerging tech frameworks (Gartner Hype Cycle, TRL assessments)
- Strong financial modeling skills for innovation portfolio management
- Experience with agile methodologies and DevOps pipelines
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Certifications in cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP) preferred
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation journals
