Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate next-gen human-computer interaction systems
- Establish ethical frameworks for autonomous decision-making algorithms in regulated industries
- Forge strategic partnerships with quantum hardware and synthetic biology research institutions
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Design scalable architectures for edge-AI and distributed quantum networks
- Present technology vision to C-suite executives and board members
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech domains
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or neuromorphic engineering
- Proven track record of launching technologies with $50M+ market impact
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Physics, Bioengineering, or related field
- Published research in IEEE Nature or top-tier scientific journals
- Deep understanding of regulatory landscapes for emerging technologies
- Experience securing federal R&D grants and DARPA partnerships
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum simulation frameworks
