Responsibilities
- Develop and publish annual Horizon Scan Reports identifying disruptive technologies and societal shifts
- Architect multi-year strategic roadmaps using quantitative forecasting tools and qualitative trend analysis
- Facilitate C-level workshops on scenario planning and risk mitigation for 2026+ landscapes
- Build proprietary AI-powered trend-detection systems using machine learning and NLP
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and policy teams
- Represent the company at Davos and global futurist forums
- Mentor junior futurists and build the future foresight practice
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or innovation leadership
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or related quantitative field
- Published thought leadership on exponential technologies or societal transformation
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and backcasting methodologies
- Proficiency with trend analysis tools (e.g., Gartner, Forrester, or proprietary AI platforms)
- Experience influencing C-suite decisions through data-driven narratives
- Portfolio of 3+ enterprise-level strategic roadmaps implemented
