Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks using trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify emerging disruptive technologies and market opportunities
- Produce executive-level reports and visualizations translating complex futures into actionable business strategies
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen solutions in augmented reality and quantum computing
- Establish industry thought leadership through whitepapers, speaking engagements, and media contributions
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, scientists, and industry disruptors
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and futures methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling and visualization skills for complex future scenarios
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant technical field
- Published thought leadership in innovation or futurism domains
- Experience advising Fortune 500 executives on long-term strategy
