Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends, socioeconomic shifts, and market disruptions to forecast 2026+ scenarios
- Develop strategic roadmaps for product innovation and market expansion in high-growth sectors
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future opportunities and risks
- Produce high-impact trend reports and scenario-planning frameworks for executive decision-making
- Partner with R&D teams to incubate next-generation solutions and disruptive business models
- Represent the company at global futurist forums and industry conferences
- Mentor junior strategists in future-proof methodologies and analytical frameworks
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate strategy
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of AI, biotech, climate tech, and quantum computing trajectories
- Exceptional storytelling skills to translate complex futures into actionable insights
- Published thought leadership on emerging technologies or future trends
- Experience advising C-suite executives on long-term strategic pivots
- Proficiency in futures research tools (e.g., Delphi method, STEEP analysis)
