Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate and prototype next-generation solutions
- Partner with C-suite executives to integrate foresight into corporate strategy and decision-making
- Produce trend reports and thought leadership content for industry publications and conferences
- Manage a portfolio of experimental initiatives with rapid prototyping cycles
- Build and maintain an external network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or technology consulting
- Proven track record of translating futuristic concepts into scalable business solutions
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex futures to diverse stakeholders
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, Technology, or related field
- Published thought leadership or conference speaking experience in innovation trends
- Portfolio demonstrating successful innovation strategy implementation
