Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends, technological acceleration, and socio-cultural shifts to forecast 2026 industry landscapes
- Develop and present strategic foresight frameworks to executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-focused solutions and business models
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Translate complex future scenarios into actionable roadmaps with measurable KPIs
- Champion future-ready organizational capabilities through workshops and thought leadership
- Monitor and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) for strategic integration
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Strategic Planning, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years of experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or C-suite leadership
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused strategies for Fortune 500 companies
- Exceptional analytical capabilities with expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their disruptive potential
- Exceptional communication skills with experience in executive-level storytelling and persuasion
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., from Association of Professional Futurists)
