Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Foresight, Strategic Innovation, or related field
- 5+ years in futurism, strategic planning, or emerging tech consulting
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling skills for communicating complex futures
- Published thought leadership on future-of-work scenarios
- Experience with scenario planning tools (e.g., STEEP, Delphi method)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Studies preferred
