Responsibilities
- Forecast emerging technological and societal trends through horizon scanning and scenario modeling
- Develop strategic frameworks integrating quantum computing, neurotech, and climate adaptation technologies
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype 2026-viable solutions
- Design ethical governance models for autonomous systems and AI governance
- Produce foresight briefings for executive board and investor summits
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and national innovation labs
- Mentor next-generation futurists through our Innovation Catalyst program
Qualifications
- Master's or PhD in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related quantitative field
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, corporate innovation, or technology consulting
- Portfolio demonstrating published trend analysis or scenario planning projects
- Expertise in exponential technology forecasting (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies: Delphi, cross-impact analysis, causal layered analysis
- Experience presenting to C-suite and board-level stakeholders
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from University of Houston or foresight academy)
- Deep understanding of ethical implications of emerging technologies
