Responsibilities

- Produce quarterly 'Future State' reports for executive leadership with quantifiable impact projections
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype solutions for 2026 market disruptions
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and think tanks focused on exponential technologies
- Present futures briefings to investors, board members, and key stakeholders
- Mentor junior strategists in futures research methodologies and critical thinking
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy, innovation, or futures research with Fortune 500 or hypergrowth tech companies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant technical field
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercialized products/services
- Expertise in exponential technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presentation portfolio
- Certification in Futures Methodologies (e.g., CFS, Foresight Practitioner)
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed futures journals
