Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies, market signals, and geopolitical trends to identify disruptive opportunities through 2026
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for C-suite executives across healthcare, AI, and sustainability sectors
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Author forward-looking white papers and trend reports published in industry journals
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Translate complex foresight insights into actionable business strategies for enterprise clients
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field with 5+ years applied experience
- Proven track record of developing 5+ year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, cross-impact matrices)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Portfolio of published foresight work or innovation frameworks
- Experience with AI/ML trend modeling and predictive analytics platforms
