Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across biotech, AI, quantum computing, and climate tech sectors
- Develop 2026-2030 strategic roadmaps with measurable KPIs and innovation milestones
- Collaborate with C-suite to integrate future-proofing into corporate DNA and product lifecycles
- Present foresight frameworks to Fortune 500 clients and global policy forums
- Establish cross-disciplinary innovation labs with MIT, Stanford, and ETH Zurich partners
- Author thought leadership published in Harvard Business Review and WIRED
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Published research on exponential technologies (peer-reviewed journals preferred)
- Expertise in scenario planning, systems thinking, and disruptive business model design
- Proven track record of scaling ventures from concept to $100M+ ARR
- Deep network within DARPA, World Economic Forum, and Singularity University circles
- Fluency in Mandarin, Arabic, or Spanish for global stakeholder engagement
- PhD in Futures Studies, Complexity Science, or equivalent demonstrable expertise
