Responsibilities

- Produce scenario-planning reports for executive decision-making and investor communications
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Translate complex future scenarios into actionable roadmaps for R&D and innovation teams

Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, Technology, or related field
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-ready business strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systemic thinking frameworks
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFS, SFRA) preferred
