- Produce future-state scenarios and competitive disruption analyses
- Secure $2M+ annual innovation budgets through stakeholder alignment
- Mentor junior strategists in future-proof methodologies
- Present findings to C-suite and board members quarterly
Qualifications
- 8+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Proven track record of launching 3+ breakthrough products/services
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Strategy
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism (Forbes, MIT Tech Review)
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools (e.g., Gartner, Delphi method)
- Experience with global tech ecosystems (Silicon Valley, Shenzhen, Berlin)
- Strong PMP or equivalent innovation certification
