Responsibilities
- Lead research and integration of emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, neuro interfaces, etc.) for 2026 product roadmaps
- Develop comprehensive technology adoption strategies aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Establish KPI frameworks to measure innovation ROI and technology maturity curves
- Partner with C-suite executives to align technological initiatives with corporate vision
- Manage a portfolio of experimental projects from concept to prototype validation
- Represent the company at global tech forums and thought leadership summits
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership with demonstrated impact on future tech adoption
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies at scale
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence, or sustainable tech
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical concepts
- Strong stakeholder management experience across global organizations
- Published thought leadership in future technologies (patents, journals, or recognized publications)
