Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify and validate emerging technologies with 2026 commercialization potential
- Develop quantitative forecasting models using proprietary AI-driven trend analysis platforms
- Author strategic white papers and scenario-planning frameworks for executive stakeholders
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops with R&D, product, and investment teams
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Represent the company at global futurist forums and industry conferences
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related quantitative field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating trend analysis into commercial strategy
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methodology, and technological forecasting
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and statistical modeling
