- Lead innovation sprints using design thinking and futures methodologies
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype future-proof solutions in AI, biotech, and climate tech
- Present foresight insights to stakeholders through compelling narratives and visualizations
- Mentor junior futurists and build a world-class foresight capability
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused research
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Expertise in horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario modeling
- Proven track record of translating foresight into actionable business strategies
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and AI-driven analytics
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence
- Certification in Futures Methodologies (e.g., WFS, APF) preferred
