Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026+ business landscapes
- Develop and maintain multi-year innovation roadmaps aligned with organizational vision
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to embed future-ready strategies into core business operations
- Design and facilitate scenario-planning workshops for cross-functional stakeholders
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and trend briefings for decision-makers
- Build and manage an ecosystem of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies through pilot programs and proof-of-concepts
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven track record of translating future insights into actionable business strategies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging domains (quantum computing, biotech, AI ethics, etc.)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- Strong network within Silicon Valley's innovation ecosystem
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning, etc.)
