Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year strategic foresight frameworks for quantum-biological convergence
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with robotics and neurotech teams
- Produce horizon-scanning reports on decentralized governance models
- Design ethical frameworks for AGI deployment scenarios
- Secure $5M+ in future-focused R&D funding
- Keynote at global tech summits representing our vision
- Mentor next-generation futurists through our Future Leaders Program
Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or equivalent with 8+ years experience
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work on paradigm shifts
- Expertise in exponential technology forecasting methodologies
- Proven track record of scaling innovations from concept to market
- Deep understanding of socio-technical disruption vectors
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS)
- Fluency in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, biotech, AI, etc.)
