Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, biotech, climate tech) and develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for 2026-2030
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into product roadmaps and R&D priorities
- Produce high-impact trend reports and predictive models for C-suite stakeholders
- Partner with venture capital arm to identify emerging startups and disruptive technologies
- Develop 'Future Radar' early-warning systems for market disruptions
- Represent the company at global futurist forums and thought leadership summits
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies
- Proven track record of developing executable future scenarios for Fortune 500 clients
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AGI, neurotech, etc.)
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with visualization mastery (Tableau, Flourish)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed futurist journals
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFAP preferred)
