Responsibilities
- Architect and develop scalable, high-performance AI infrastructure to power our 2026 product roadmap.
- Lead the research, design, and deployment of advanced Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI solutions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, data scientists, and software engineers to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Mentor and guide a team of senior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, model evaluation, and automated deployment pipelines.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, integrating emerging AI technologies to maintain our competitive advantage through 2026 and beyond.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 8+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specifically focused on AI/ML system design.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern AI frameworks.
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale machine learning models into production environments.
- Strong understanding of cloud architecture (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, forward-looking startup environment.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
