Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the comprehensive AI strategy aligned with our 2026 corporate vision.
- Architect scalable, secure, and ethical machine learning models and AI frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to integrate next-gen AI capabilities into our core products.
- Conduct ongoing market research to stay ahead of emerging tech trends leading up to 2026.
- Present strategic insights and project roadmaps to C-suite executives and key stakeholders.
- Mentor junior data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence.
- Ensure all AI initiatives comply with federal regulations and ethical AI standards.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in AI strategy, machine learning architecture, or related technical leadership roles.
- Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Deep expertise in modern AI frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP).
- Proven track record of successfully launching enterprise-level AI products.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a forward-thinking, visionary mindset.
- Must be located in or willing to relocate to the San Francisco Bay Area.
