- Oversee $50M+ tech portfolio allocation and ROI optimization
- Chair the FutureTech Council on Ethical AI Implementation
- Mentor senior engineers and product leads on next-gen methodologies
- Represent FutureTech at global tech summits and policy forums
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years at executive level
- Proven track record scaling quantum/AI initiatives to enterprise level
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Nature Technology Review
- PhD in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent experience
- Deep expertise in Web3, neuromorphic computing, or climate tech
- Experience leading cross-continental teams of 50+ engineers
- Fluency in Mandarin/Spanish preferred for global partnerships
- Patent portfolio in emerging technologies (minimum 3 granted)
