Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive 2026 technology foresight framework using AI-powered trend analysis and scenario planning methodologies
- Lead strategic workshops with executive stakeholders to translate future insights into actionable business roadmaps
- Identify and assess emerging technologies (quantum computing, bio-integration, advanced AI) with disruptive potential
- Design and oversee pilot projects for 2026-ready solutions in sustainable tech and human-machine collaboration
- Establish partnerships with research institutions and innovation labs to maintain competitive foresight
- Present future outlook reports to investors and board members with data-driven confidence intervals
- Mentor junior futurists and build an internal foresight capability within the organization
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Innovation, or related field with 8+ years of strategic foresight experience
- Proven track record of translating complex future scenarios into successful business strategies
- Expertise in AI/ML forecasting tools and scenario planning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Deep understanding of emerging tech trajectories: quantum computing, AGI development, climate tech convergence
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through technology transformation initiatives
- Published research or thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
- Certification in Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
