Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of AI-driven solutions for the 2026 roadmap.
- Conduct research and prototype emerging technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Autonomous Agents) to solve complex business problems.
- Establish best practices for data privacy, ethics, and security in AI development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, and Design to translate vision into reality.
- Mentor junior developers and architects, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Monitor industry trends to identify strategic opportunities for technological disruption.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on AI/ML or System Architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar machine learning frameworks.
- Strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and their integration into production environments.
- Experience designing scalable, distributed systems capable of handling high concurrency.
