Responsibilities
- Design, train, and deploy state-of-the-art neural networks and deep learning models.
- Optimize existing algorithms for high-throughput, low-latency environments.
- Collaborate with data scientists to refine feature sets and model accuracy.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
- Ensure system scalability and data integrity across cloud infrastructure.
- Stay ahead of the curve on emerging AI technologies and research papers.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Scikit-learn.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of delivering production-grade machine learning systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
