Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive 2026 technology foresight framework
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify emerging trends in AI, biotech, and quantum computing
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align innovation projects with business objectives
- Present strategic roadmaps to stakeholders through compelling visualizations and narratives
- Manage a portfolio of experimental projects with potential 2026 commercial applications
- Build and nurture relationships with academic institutions and industry thought leaders
- Champion design thinking methodologies across product development teams
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Proven track record of launching successful tech innovations with measurable impact
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology forecasting methodologies
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience to executive audiences
- Strong background in at least two emerging technology domains (e.g., AI ethics, quantum computing)
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Innovation Management preferred
