Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech leadership with proven innovation portfolio
- Expertise in emerging tech (quantum, AR/VR, decentralized systems)
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering preferred
- Published research in IEEE or ACM journals
- Experience scaling tech startups to unicorn status
