- Represent the company at global futurist forums and industry summits
- Mentor cross-functional teams in adaptive innovation methodologies
- Author quarterly trend briefs and annual future-state white papers
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech leadership
- Proven track record translating future scenarios into commercial opportunities
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario planning, and trend synthesis
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or MBA with innovation focus
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology strategy
- Proficiency with AI-driven forecasting tools and data visualization platforms
- Exceptional storytelling skills for communicating complex futures to diverse audiences
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on innovation ecosystems
