Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering and product teams
- Produce annual horizon scanning reports with quantifiable risk/reward metrics
- Design and execute organizational change initiatives for future readiness
- Mentor junior futurists in trend synthesis and strategic foresight methodologies
- Partner with venture capital arm to identify disruptive startups for acquisition
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- 8+ years in strategy/innovation with Fortune 500 or high-growth tech
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial outcomes
- Expertise in scenario planning and systemic risk assessment frameworks
- Published thought leadership on emerging technology impact
- Proficiency in trend analysis tools (Gartner, Forrester, WEF reports)
- Experience leading cross-geographic innovation initiatives
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
