Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 5-year strategic foresight frameworks for enterprise innovation
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and market signals
- Design and facilitate executive innovation workshops and scenario planning sessions
- Establish KPIs for innovation portfolio and track ROI of strategic initiatives
- Present future trend analyses to investors and senior leadership quarterly
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry experts
- Champion ethical innovation practices and sustainable development principles
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Strategic Planning, Technology Management, or related field
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Proven experience developing and executing enterprise-level innovation roadmaps
- Deep expertise in AI, biotech, quantum computing, or climate tech trends
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level storytelling abilities
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy (preferred)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management (desired)
