Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 5-year strategic foresight frameworks for emerging technologies
- Lead scenario planning workshops for AI governance and ethical deployment
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prioritize quantum computing applications
- Produce trend analysis reports on biotechnology convergence and climate tech
- Design stakeholder engagement protocols for industry consortiums
- Oversee development of predictive algorithms for market disruption
- Mentor junior futurists using our proprietary Horizon Scanning Methodology
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic foresight or technology innovation roles
- Expertise in quantum computing, AI ethics, or climate tech
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed futurist journals
- Experience with scenario planning and trend mapping methodologies
- Strong proficiency in data visualization and predictive analytics tools
- Certification in Foresight Professional (CFP) or equivalent
