- Partner with venture capital arms to scout and integrate disruptive startups into our ecosystem
- Develop future-proof governance frameworks for ethical AI deployment and responsible innovation
- Present strategic briefings to executive leadership and board members with data-driven scenario planning
- Build and mentor a high-performing team of futurists and technology architects

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurism with 5+ years in tech-forward leadership roles
- Proven track record of launching future-focused initiatives with measurable market impact
