- Facilitate C-level scenario planning workshops for Fortune 500 clients
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints translating futures insights into product roadmaps
- Author proprietary thought leadership content published in top-tier industry journals
- Build and maintain a global network of domain experts across technology, policy, and academia
- Mentor junior futurists while establishing departmental best practices
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate R&D leadership
- Proven track record of developing 5+ year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients
- Expertise in scenario planning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, cross-impact analysis)
- Deep understanding of emerging technology convergence patterns and their business implications
- Exceptional executive presentation skills with experience to C-suite audiences
- Published author in foresight or innovation thought leadership (Harvard Business Review, MIT SMR preferred)
- Proficiency in futures research tools (e.g., Trendalyzer, Palisade DecisionTools)
