Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026
- Develop and publish annual 'Future State' reports with strategic recommendations for executive leadership
- Design and facilitate scenario-planning workshops with C-suite executives and board members
- Establish innovation partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Quantify future market opportunities and risks through predictive modeling
- Drive organizational change initiatives to embed future-ready capabilities
- Mentor junior futurists and build foresight capabilities across departments
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, Web3)
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic forecasting
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Technique)
