Responsibilities
Design, train, and deploy scalable machine learning models for large-scale production environments.Collaborate with cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and product managers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.Optimize existing models for latency, throughput, and accuracy to ensure real-time performance.Conduct cutting-edge research to stay ahead of industry trends in Generative AI and LLMs.Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the technical architecture of the platform.
Qualifications
Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (PhD preferred).5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering or research.Deep expertise in Python and deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.Strong understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Large Language Models (LLMs).Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
