Responsibilities
- Develop and execute technology strategy for 2026-2030 horizon
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum, neuromorphic, bio-AI) for commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D and product teams
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage $2M+ innovation portfolio with ROI tracking
- Build external partnerships with leading research institutions
- Drive sustainable technology implementation across global operations
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership
- Proven track record scaling emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neuromorphic systems, or generative AI
- MBA or advanced technical degree (MS/PhD preferred)
