Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate strategy
- Proven track record of publishing future-focused research in peer-reviewed journals
- Expertise in scenario modeling, trend analysis, and backcasting methodologies
