Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies, market shifts, and societal megatrends through 2026
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for enterprise clients in AI, biotech, and quantum computing
- Produce high-impact trend briefings and predictive models for C-suite executives
- Facilitate cross-functional innovation workshops with global stakeholders
- Author thought leadership content published in top industry publications
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-proof solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to boards and investment committees
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of predicting market disruptions (portfolio required)
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional data synthesis and scenario modeling capabilities
- Experience presenting to executive audiences across tech, finance, and government
- Published thought leadership in recognized futurist or business publications
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
