Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 strategic foresight frameworks for Fortune 500 clients
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives identifying emerging tech and societal shifts
- Architect innovation roadmaps for quantum computing, climate resilience, and neurotech
- Facilitate executive workshops on future-proofing business models
- Publish thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals and industry forums
- Mentor junior futurists in systems thinking and scenario planning
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype 2026-ready solutions
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or Strategic Innovation
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of publishing future-focused research (3+ peer-reviewed papers)
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methods, and trend analysis
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS or CFSP)
