Responsibilities
- Architect & Design: Design and oversee the development of complex, high-performance distributed systems and AI-driven platforms tailored for the 2026 tech landscape.
- Tech Strategy: Define the long-term technical vision and roadmap, evaluating emerging technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Edge Computing) for integration.
- Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation, technical excellence, and continuous learning.
- System Optimization: Lead initiatives to improve system scalability, reliability, and security, ensuring zero downtime for critical services.

Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior architect or lead technical role.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Programming: Proficiency in Python, Go, Rust, or Java; deep understanding of distributed systems principles.
- Cloud Expertise: Extensive experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP, including serverless architectures and Kubernetes.
- AI/ML Knowledge: Strong understanding of machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and MLOps pipelines.
