• Define and execute the strategic roadmap for technology adoption leading up to 2026.
• Analyze emerging tech trends to identify high-impact opportunities for business growth.
• Collaborate with R&D, Product, and Executive leadership to align technological vision with business goals.
• Evaluate and pilot new technologies (e.g., generative AI, autonomous systems) to assess viability.
• Develop thought leadership content and presentations to communicate the 2026 vision to stakeholders.
Qualifications:
• 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, technology consulting, or R&D leadership.
• Proven track record of forecasting industry trends and translating them into actionable business strategies.
• Deep understanding of current and future tech landscapes, specifically AI and digital transformation.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• MBA or equivalent advanced degree in Technology Management or Business Strategy.
